Before transitioning into real estate, Victor Ong worked for a renowned tech company based in Los Angeles, where he developed strong expertise in project management and strategic planning. Coming from a family with three generations in the real estate industry, he was naturally drawn to the field and began his own real estate investments in 2013. His early success included the development and leasing of a 35-unit property. In 2019, he founded Chimera Management, focusing on multifamily projects in the Greater Los Angeles area

Johnson is the founder of Ambrus Studio and ROEHL, bringing extensive experience in gaming, strategy, and investment. He is a serial entrepreneur with success track record. He previously served as Head of Greater China, Japan, and Southeast Asia at Riot Games, being credited with growing League of Legends Esports to become China’s largest sport.
